Legends of Pre-season

Hm... Son, you think you've got what it takes? They call us Apex Legends. But not all Legends are heroes. Each fight for their own reasons. From the ashes of war, Legends are born. They are icons of strength, power. Outside the ring, they're champions. Inside, they're equals. But the goal remains the same, become an Apex Legend. I say it's a sport of survival. You ask me? It's simple, eh. They kill you, they're better. You kill them, you're better.

Legends are playable characters in Apex Legends. Each Legend is a unique character with their own backstory, abilities, and playstyle. Legends are categorized into classes: Offensive, Defensive, Support, and Recon. These classes can have perks that apply for all Legends of that class. Each Legend has different Passive, Tactical, and Ultimate abilities which the player can use to make the chances of winning higher, but all the abilities have a cooldown for some time.

Apex currently has 20 Legends to choose from, each equipped with a unique set of strengths and abilities. Each new season is intended to bring with it the release of a new playable character, usually new weapons and purchasable cosmetic items.

Pathfinder

MRVN "Pathfinder" is a Recon-Type legend in Apex Legends. This legend is one of the Starting 6 launched with the game and is unlocked by default.

Ability name	Insider Knowledge	Grappling Hook	Zipline Gun
Ability description	Scan a Survey Beacon to reveal ring location of next zone and to reduce the cooldown of Zipline Gun.	Pathfinder shoots grapple to get to out-of-reach places quickly. The hook will attach the first solid object and can be attach to another player.	Pathfinder creates a zipline for everyone to use.

Wraith

"Wraith" is an Offensive-Type legend in Apex Legends. This legend is one of the Starting 6 launched with the game and is unlocked by default.

	Passive	Tactical	Ultimate
Ability name	Voices from the Void	Into the Void	Dimensional Rift
Ability description	Wraith can heard voices which warns you when danger approaches. The warn triggers when an enemy is Aiming on Wraith, or encounters any nearby Traps.	Wraith reposition quickly through the safety of the void space, grants invulnerability and invincibility while leaving bright trails in the path. While the skill is activating, the screen will turn grey and Wraith cannot see other players during the skill.	Wraith links two locations with portals for 60 seconds, allowing everyone to traverse between in a quick succession. Wraith cannot use weapons or ziplines but is able to activate Into The Void while creating the portal's path.

Bangalore

Anita "Bangalore" Williams is an Offensive-Type legend in Apex Legends. This legend is one of the Starting 6 launched with the game and is unlocked by default.

Ability name	Double Time	Smoke Launcher	Rolling Thunder
Ability description	Activated upon getting shot while sprinting, Bangalore will move 25% faster for a brief time.	Bangalore fires a high-velocity smoke canister that explodes into a smoke wall on impact. The launcher has maximum of two charges, The smoke canister will dealt small damage to the enemy on direct contact.	Bangalore calls in an artillery strike that slowly creeps across the landscape. The artillery can hit both allies and enemies.

Bloodhound

"Bloodhound" is a Recon-Type legend in Apex Legends. This legend is one of the Starting 6 launched with the game and is unlocked by default.

Ability name	Tracker	Eye of the Allfather	Beast of the Hunt
Ability description	Bloodhound can see tracks left behind by enemies.	Bloodhound briefly gain static hidden enemy visions, traps, and clues throughout structures in front of you. The highlighted vision can be seen by every allies, Visual effect generated from the skill also can be seen by everyone.	Enhances his senses, allows Bloodhound to move 30% faster and highlighting enemies movement & tracks in red by real-time. While active, Bloodhound can see through areas covered by Bangalore's Smoke Launcher

Gibraltar

Makoa "Gibraltar" Gibraltar is a Defensive-Type legend in Apex Legends.

	Passive	Tactical	Ultimate
Ability name	Gun Shield & Fortified	Dome of Protection	Defensive Bombardment
Ability description	Gibraltar aiming down sights deploys a gun shield that blocks incoming fire.	Gibraltar throw down a dome-shield that blocks attacks for 12 seconds. The dome will prevent any incoming damage while also prevents outgoing damage from players shooting from inside the dome. Gibraltar also revives allies 33% faster while inside the dome.	Gibraltar calls in a concentrated mortar strike on a marked position. Exploded as soon the strike hits ground, affected players will recieve Shellshock concussions.

Lifeline

Ajay "Lifeline" Che is a Support-Type legend in Apex Legends.

	Passive	Tactical	Ultimate
Ability name	Combat Medic	D.O.C. Heal Drone	Care Package
Ability description	Deploy D.O.C to revive teammates, leaving you to free to move and defend.	Lifeline calls a Drone of Compassion to automatically heal all nearby teammates over time.	Calls in a drop pod full of high-quality defensive gear.
Ability cooldown	None	45 seconds	300 seconds
